Hyundai Rotem announced its participation in the '2nd International Aerospace and Aviation Technology Expo' (Airotek), which takes place at the Changwon Convention Center from September 30 to October 2. The event is organized by Korea Aerospace Technology Promotion Association and others, making it the largest aerospace-focused exhibition in the country.

At the expo, Hyundai Rotem will display key propulsion systems including methane engines, ducted ramjet engines, and hypersonic engines. The company's methane engine is a domestic first development that reduces soot during combustion and can lower propellant costs due to its high efficiency.

Hyundai Rotem also plans to showcase its Diode-launched liquid rocket engine test facility in Sasean and the Muju aerospace production base, illustrating its infrastructure vision from R&D to launch. Additionally, Hyundai Rotem will sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Ansys Korea for strategic cooperation in design and analysis technologies.
