Last month, the Hansik Promotion Institute (Chairman Lee Kyu-min) conducted a social contribution activity involving 24 employees who created braille tactile word cards as part of their in-house reading club. The initiative aimed to share the value of reading and support the learning and sensory development of visually impaired children.
Employees participated in the 'Do.MOM Braille Tactile Word Card Making' program, a remote volunteer activity kit, to complete educational tools that allow children to experience the world through touch. These heartfelt efforts are expected to enhance the word learning and tactile recognition abilities of visually impaired children.
Hansik Promotion Institute's reading club president Lee So-hee expressed hope that the small contributions from employees will help nurture the dreams of children and stated plans to continue various social contribution activities.
