The Seoul Metropolitan Youth Center and two other organizations have signed an agreement to strengthen support for post-teenagers and early teenagers entering society.

Key points

  • Seoul Metropolitan Youth Center partners with education welfare bodies
  • Strengthened support for young people transitioning into society
  • Creation of a linked system in youth education and support

The Seoul Metropolitan Youth Center, led by Shin So-mi, has entered into a cooperation framework with the Seoul Regional Education Welfare Centers Association and the Seoul Special City Youth Facilities Association in the fields of education welfare and youth support.

This agreement aims to ensure that post-teenagers do not lose support as they transition from school to young adulthood. It seeks to connect education welfare and youth support sectors, enabling smoother access to necessary policies and services.

Under this agreement, the three organizations plan to expand their network of youth support by linking policies, welfare, counseling for post-teenagers and early teenagers, enhancing resource sharing, and identifying joint projects.
