At the 2026 Seoul Urban Agriculture Expo held in Seoul Forest Eastern Park Leisure Center, a unique experience booth was introduced. The event, where youth outside of school designed and operated the booth from start to finish, ran for two days on Friday and Saturday.
Three youths—Sinyoujin Songahjun and Joeshin—prepared diverse programs using basil and herbs grown at the center's healing farm, including making basil sandwiches and sharing herb salts. They actively interacted with visitors during the expo.
The center praised the teens' initiative in planning the program, aiming to boost their confidence through social engagement experiences. Director Seohyeoncheol expressed plans to expand such field activities.
