The Korean Ginseng Culture Institute will hold the '2026 SEOUL Korea Ginseng Food Fair & Ginseng Day' on October 18 at Seoul Children's Grand Park, featuring over 200 ginseng dishes.

Over 200 ginseng dishes will be showcased and competed in by master chefs and artisans of Korean ginseng. Nine renowned chefs will present their creative works to promote healthy dining habits among visitors.
The event also includes discussions on export opportunities, as well as consultations for store entries into duty-free shops and department stores. Various companies and buyers will participate to discuss product competitiveness and distribution channels for ginseng processed foods and master chef creations.
Additional activities include a palace ginseng presentation ceremony, a magic show with ginseng, and interactive games for children. Visitors can experience the value and culture of Korean ginseng in diverse ways.
