LG Chem will participate in the 'TOKYO PACK 2026' exhibition and present its next-generation single-material packaging technology, including the ultra-thin film material 'UniKable'.
LG Chem is participating in the Tokyo Pack 2026, an Asian trade fair for packaging professionals held in Japan. The company will showcase its advanced single-material packaging technology through UniKable, a thin-film material.
At the exhibition, LG Chem will introduce UniKable, a film material with a thickness of 12μm that maintains comparable properties to composite films while being made entirely from single polyethylene (PE) material. This enhances its recyclability and makes it environmentally friendly.
LG Chem’s booth concept is 'LG Chem Packaging House,' which divides the packaging experience into three spaces: Living, Kitchen, and Care. The company will also present snack and candy products using UniKable packaging developed in collaboration with Crown Bakery Co., highlighting its customer-centric packaging solutions.
