HCC (President Jeong Hae-dong) announced the development of a new fiber reinforcement designed to prevent clumping during concrete pouring, enhancing tensile strength and water tightness. The product combines cellulose-based and polyamide fibers with a non-ionic wetting agent, forming a sealed package that allows fibers to penetrate into the capillaries before hardening upon mixing.
This innovation is particularly useful in various construction sites such as residential buildings, commercial facilities, and industrial floors where boiler pipe cracks or fine surface cracks are common after concrete pouring. The new reinforcement provides strong tensile bonding immediately upon mixing with the concrete mixer.
