IT services firm Solomontech and AI startup Wondermove will provide Salesforce implementation and operation services based on the AI agent platform 'ClawPod'.
On September 30, Solomontech and Wondermove signed a contract to supply and operate the ClawPod platform. Solomontech will offer Salesforce implementation and operations services, while Wondermove will handle platform operation and technical support.
The agreement was reached after completing a proof-of-concept (PoC) in a validated environment, where the actual capabilities of ClawPod agents were evaluated by AI and Salesforce experts from both companies.
The partnership will progress through customer-specific pre-validation, individual contracts, implementation, handover, and operation. AI agents will take on tasks that require judgment but are repetitive, allowing specialists to focus on review and approval.
