Douzone is supplying its generative AI platform 'ONE AI PE' for the administrative support AI agent construction project in Seoul.
Last year, Douzone developed a chatbot with Seoul and will now build three agents: document summarization, meeting room reservation, and proposal evaluator selection.
ONE AI PE operates on an MCP-based standard integration system that connects to administrative systems. It also incorporates Syntosoft's document analysis solution for accurate document recognition, making it model-agnostic and safe to operate even with new model updates.
Seoul plans to implement this project to realize AI-driven administrative agent innovation and expand AI utilization cases in public institutions.
