From September 1 to October 15, Hoshino Resorts Tomamu will host the 'Farm Afternoon Tea' program on a 100-hectare meadow. Guests can enjoy desserts and savory dishes made from Farm Hoshino's dairy products, including new butter and butter sandwich items, alongside milk tea in three varieties crafted from different cow breeds.
The program includes a guided tour of the 100-hectare meadow with a concierge before the afternoon tea. The tour offers insights into the farm's cows and dairy products while allowing guests to experience the changing colors of the maples and observe the cattle up close. Afternoon tea costs 8,500 yen per person (including tax) and is available during this period.
Guests can sample nine types of desserts and savory dishes made from Farm Hoshino's dairy products, which are richer in sweetness and flavor due to fat accumulation as winter approaches. Three varieties of milk tea will be served using milk from Holstein, Brown Swiss, and Jersey cows, with specific tea leaves chosen for each breed.
