Hoshino Resorts' French restaurant 'Sonoeru' at the Oirase Stream Hotel will offer a special fall menu from October 1 to November 24.
The unique French course, enjoyed amidst the beauty of autumn foliage and stream terraces, features eight dishes including cold starters and fish dishes.
One of the dishes, 'Salmon with Grilled Asparagus,' combines grilled asparagus with salmon tartar, inspired by local grain culture. Another dish, 'Seasonal Fish and Mushrooms,' pairs grilled fish with autumn mushrooms.
A natural rosé wine pairing with 'Octopus Kaniyaki' enhances the dining experience, complementing the octopus's flavor with a refreshing taste from the wine, priced at 21,780 yen per person.
