The Konkuk University University Job Plus Project Group conducted the '2026 Graduate-Specialized Maum Touch Program' to help graduates and unemployed youth set concrete career directions.
The program focused not merely on providing job information or job search skills training, but on helping participants objectively understand their characteristics and solidify their career and employment direction based on that understanding.
Participants utilized tests such as the STRONG® Occupational Interest Inventory II, CPI™ Personality Inventory, and TKI® Conflict Management Style Inventory to identify occupational interests, personality strengths, and interpersonal styles.
Notably, the program proceeded through a phased process of 'psychological testing - expert interpretation lecture - 1:1 customized coaching.' During the 1:1 coaching, individual strengths and occupational interests were linked to career direction review, and preparation for self-introductions and interviews.
Participants reported that the process helped them organize vague job concerns into concrete preparation tasks, such as 'which job role to apply for' and 'how to explain my strengths.'
