The company held an event at Etihad Arena with over 4,000 guests in attendance, including Pep Guardiola who was named as the project's official brand ambassador. The second phase will feature two- and three-bedroom townhouses, duplex villas, and four- and five-bedroom villas, starting sales on October 19, 2026.
Located along Yas Canal near Yas Island, the development spans 1.67 million square meters with over 2,000 residences. Manchester City's branded residential community is set to break ground in phases, with delivery scheduled for 2029. Pep Guardiola spoke about the importance of sport and wellness during a discussion.
Husein Salem, CEO of Ohana Development, said that the positive response to Phase 1 has encouraged them to offer more families and investors the chance to join this unique community. Guardiola also expressed his support for the project as its official brand ambassador.
