Self-storage platform Dalock has partnered with Lotte Global Logistics to introduce a home pickup service.
Dalock, operating the self-storage platform 'Dalock,' launched a box pickup and storage service on October 15, 2026. Users can request this service via the Dalock app, after which Lotte Global Logistics will pick up the boxes from their doorstep and store them at a Dalock facility.
The goal of this service is to alleviate the burden of moving items oneself and allow users to store boxes without a vehicle. The pickup fee is 9,900 won per box, with a maximum of five boxes per request.
As Korea's leading self-storage brand, Dalock now offers 'on-the-go' storage delivery services through its collaboration with Lotte Global Logistics, expanding beyond just storage space to include logistics networks.
