Ex-Em has signed a contract to acquire the sales rights of AI security monitoring solutions company Jason, securing core AI solutions 'JasonSearch' and 'JasonMachine AIOps'.
Through this acquisition, Ex-Em plans to integrate JasonMachine AIOps' AI models and features into its own developed IT operation intelligence solution 'XAI-Ops', enhancing the accuracy and fault prediction and analysis capabilities of AI models. It also aims to strengthen an intelligent operational system that connects anomaly detection with root cause analysis and response.
Ex-Em has secured additional recurring license and maintenance revenues from Jason's ongoing sales, and hired talented professionals contributing to improved AI technology and business revenue.
