The project aims to build an integrated management system that consolidates production planning, quality control, inventory, and equipment information. KN Inc connects data from ERP-managed production plans and material, process information with MES's work order and process management functions.
KN Inc has completed the current business analysis and design phases along with collecting facility data. The integration system is scheduled to be operational by 2026 after unit and integrated testing. Data collection rates and production performance will be verified against agreed-upon key performance indicators.
During the remaining period, KN Inc will conduct system stabilization and user validation before finalizing data collection rates and production performance.
