  • Combines land registration, building register, transaction prices, and court auction records for diagnosis
  • Uses 21 predictive models based on over 460,000 court auction cases

Oktap, led by CEO Kim Sung-hoon, officially rolled out the rental diagnosis service 'Gongseong' on September 28. It assists tenants in verifying documents such as land registration, building register, transaction prices, and court auction records before committing to a lease.

To use the service, users input the address and deposit amount. Gongseong compiles these details into a 'rental diagnosis report,' which includes an estimated price if the property were to enter an auction.

Oktap operates 21 predictive models based on court auction outcomes from over 460,000 cases since 2016. These models rank themselves by how closely their predictions match actual sale prices, providing the auction estimate through the most accurate model's value.
