OrcaRouter is an OpenAI-compatible LLM gateway that analyzes real AI agent failures to create a new public dataset called OIAS with five judgment points: ALLOW, CONFIRM, VERIFY, ESCALATE, and BLOCK.
Based on judgments from 55 actual AI agent failure cases, OIAS has only a 5% REFUSE option, indicating most instances aim for continuation with conditions.
The dataset is clearly attributed to its sources, enhancing credibility, but 84 modifications still require human review. OrcaRouter also offers a 40% cost reduction and less than 1 millisecond routing overhead.
