•Program Expansion: New Tracks for Exhibition Planning, Matching Day
Seoul Cultural Foundation (Chairman Song Hyung-jong) began accepting applications for the '2027 Seoul Cultural Foundation Art Support Integrated Call' through its Seoul Cultural Arts System (SCAS) on September 30. The integrated call encompasses major art support programs such as creative arts support, youth artist support, resident group support at performance venues, and studio residency calls.
The foundation has developed a '2027 Art Support Operation Plan' reflecting the needs of the artistic community, strengthening a linked support system that extends beyond one-time assistance to future activities. In the field of creative arts support, it supports 7 pure art categories including individual artists (groups).
Notably, a new track for 'Exhibition Planning' has been added in visual arts to broaden the scope of support for creators (mediators). For resident group support at performance venues, a 'Matching Day' event has been introduced to foster networking and practical cooperation between performance venues and artistic groups.
