Data center platform company Deus and passive fire protection solutions provider BulcanK have signed a cooperation agreement to enhance the fire safety of AI data centers.

Deus, which produces all-in-one modular AI data centers integrating major equipment such as power, cooling, IT, fire protection, and monitoring into 40-foot modules, has partnered with BulcanK to apply the latter's passive fire protection solutions. The agreement was signed at Deus' headquarters in Yeouido, Seoul on October 17.
Deus' solution is designed for rapid deployment, combining factory production and pre-testing to reduce on-site construction time, allowing for AI infrastructure setup within about six months.
BulcanK plans to develop fire spread prevention solutions by integrating its thermal and heat insulation technologies with Deus' integrated design and installation capabilities. These solutions include container exterior heat coating and internal heat and thermal insulation panels.
