From November, the Seoul Metropolitan DoBong Integrated Welfare Center (Director Lee Eun-ju) will operate the 'Mindfulness, Clear Today!' program, which uses picture books as a medium for seniors to reflect on their lives, understand, and express their emotions, thereby restoring daily vitality.
The 25-session program centers around five themes: 'Self-care,' 'Emotional self-care,' 'Life care,' 'Mind care,' and 'Us care.' Each theme is designed with picture books to help participants naturally express their experiences and feelings.
Participants are sharing their experiences and listening to others, forming relationships and building mutual support. The remaining sessions will focus on a mutual aid group for 'Us care.'
