From October 6 to 16, the HCF will hold an exhibition called 'Open Sentence' in the first-floor corridor gallery of the newly opened city council building. The event aims to showcase works by resident artists from Dongtan Residency Program and support local artists while providing cultural experiences for citizens.
Nine resident artists including Kang Gayeon, Go Eunju, and Gwon Jisun will present a total of 16 pieces. Each artist brings their unique artistic perspective to create new meanings that resonate with the daily lives of citizens.
The HCF hopes this exhibition will increase opportunities for local artists' creativity and cultural participation among citizens. Dongtan Residency Program also serves as a collaborative space for local artists in its first year.
