On the first day, the 21st, key agendas included Nasdaq listings, legal and regulatory considerations for U.S. IPOs, and listing routes utilizing SPACs. On the second day, the 22nd, 1:1 meetings were held among issuers, sponsors, and advisors to discuss the companies' preparation status and advisory needs.
At the end of the event, Drew Bernstein, Co-Chairman of Marcum Asia, highlighted the potential of Korean companies entering the U.S. capital market, emphasizing that understanding financial reporting, corporate governance, and investor communication is crucial for the first step toward a U.S. listing.
