KB Insurance announced on the 30th that it has launched 'KB Car Tech,' a vehicle management service designed to help customers conveniently manage their cars and reduce maintenance costs.
KB Car Tech allows users to access vehicle information lookup, maintenance history management, and affiliated discount benefits all in one place, and it is available free of charge to all KB Insurance policyholders.
The core 'My Car Report' service includes basic vehicle information, maintenance history, and major consumable management status. Through this, users can check vehicle-related information such as recalls, inspections, and taxes at a glance, and receive guidance on recommended replacement times for engine oil, air conditioner filters, tires, and more.
The service also offers affiliated discount benefits to reduce vehicle maintenance costs. Discounts are provided for engine oil and consumables from Speedmate, tire discounts from Hankook Tire, on-site engine oil replacement discounts from Casuri, dashcam discounts from Fine Digital, and vehicle inspection proxy discounts from Lotte Rental.
To commemorate the service launch, KB Insurance is holding an open commemorative event from September 29 to October 16. During this period, all customers who use the service and consent to marketing will receive a Speedmate maintenance discount coupon, and mobile gift certificates, such as a 100,000 won Shinsegae gift certificate, will be given to a total of 1,010 winners through a draw.
