The system supports public institutions and businesses in managing external service providers working remotely, setting access permissions according to security policies. It particularly manages the entire process from remote access requests, approvals, task execution, and post-task history verification systematically.
With features such as screen recording and log documentation for work history, the system can be used for internal security inspections or audits. Additionally, it provides two-factor authentication based on OTP and encrypted communication to assist clients in adhering to their security policies.
Alserport plans to respond to the demand for remote outsourcing management and security control among public institutions through this selection.
