MuVo introduced an advanced WebChauffeur service aimed at resolving language barriers for foreign VIPs and professional chauffeur services. The service utilizes real-time chat translation and location-sharing technology to support seamless communication between passengers and drivers in one-stop fashion.
The WebChauffeur service can be accessed without downloading a separate app or signing up, making it user-friendly. Passengers can share their locations directly through the chat window while simultaneously viewing the driver's location on an interactive map.
MuVo CEO Minseok Choi stated that while existing VIP chauffeur services focused on superficial elements like vehicle type and driver courtesy, MuVo’s WebChauffeur service integrates real-time translation technology to enhance the overall quality of the chauffeur service experience.
