Toshiba Electronic Devices & Storage Corporation has launched four dual-channel standard digital isolators for industrial equipment, achieving a channel consumption of 0.2mA.
The new DCL32xx00 Series features low current consumption and supports mid-speed communications, with an SOIC8-N package.
Comprising two forward channels (DCL320C00, DCL320D00) and one forward channel with one reverse channel (DCL321C00, DCL321D00), the series expands design flexibility for industrial equipment.
Utilizing Toshiba’s proprietary magnetic coupling isolation technology, these isolators offer high reliability and long service life while supporting data transmission up to 25Mbps.
