The Seoul Drama Awards Organizing Committee will hold a commemoration ceremony for the 70th anniversary of Korean dramas on October 6 at COEX Maekwol, Seoul.
The ceremony is divided into two parts. The first part includes the screening of a documentary celebrating 70 years of Korean dramas, the awarding of winners from an AI trailer contest, and the dedication of the 'Hall of Fame for Korean Dramas.'
The second part features a drama soundtrack concert linked with MBC's live music channel 'It's Live,' with performances by 10CM, Hyerin, Duoet, Eejee, Jihoon, Sungjiu, and others.
This event aims to honor the history of Korean dramas, confirm the potential through the AI trailer contest awards, and also marks the upcoming Seoul Drama Awards 2026 scheduled for October 8 and October 9-10.
