Key points
•Gangdong Youth Dream and Class Mentorship collaboration strengthens support for out-of-school youth
•Full pass rate achieved in two national exams this year
•One-on-one mentoring and career guidance provided, aiding youth's future planning
Dream, a division of Gangdong Youth Support Center, entered into an agreement with Class Mentorship to bolster educational and career guidance for out-of-school adolescents through workshops and mentoring programs.
Since the partnership, Class Mentorship has directly participated in study clubs within the center or connected specialized mentor teams to provide one-on-one tutoring in key subjects like language arts, English, and social studies, as well as career coaching. This support helps bridge educational gaps for youth who might otherwise be left behind.
In this year’s two national exams, 44 out-of-school youths passed, marking a significant milestone in their future planning. Dream continues to expand these programs to minimize educational gaps and enable each student to pursue their academic and career goals at their own pace.
